Job Description

As a Piping Head in Mumbai, your role will involve leading the piping discipline across all project phases such as proposal, detailed design, and construction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, assigning, and managing piping engineering and design activities for multiple projects. - Ensuring compliance of all piping systems with relevant codes and standards like ASME, API, ANSI, as well as client requirements. - Supervising pipe material selection, specifications, and procurement support. - Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and interfacing with clients, vendors, and construction teams to resolve technical issues. - Mentoring and developing piping engineers and designers in the team. - Monitoring discipline progress, productivity, and quality while ensuring adherence to man-hours, schedule, and quality standards. - Proficiency in piping design tools like AutoCAD, SmartPlant, PDMS, Caesar II, E3D, Navisworks, and conducting model reviews with clients. In terms of qualifications required, you should hold a BE/ME Degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess over 15 years of experience in piping engineering and design within the EPC industry.,
