The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing email marketing campaigns, developing marketing automation workflows, conducting marketing analytics, and generating leads. The Specialist will also be responsible for collaborating with other team members to design and deliver effective email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Qualifications Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation skills Experience in Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation Strong Communication skills Proficiency in tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in the email marketing industry is a plus
