Strategy & Planning: Support the Function Lead in preparation of plan for Electrical and Pipeline Integrity maintenance related activities at site. Financial: Support the Function Lead to ensure the budget as per allocation through periodic reviews; Identify deviations and report the same. Operational: Electrical Discipline Maintenance Complete compliances related to Electricity rules applicable for various electrical activities at site Execute electricity generation through captive power/ gas engine Generator/ Diesel Generator and monitor its process parameters Execution of various maintenance activities for electrical equipment/ power electronics equipment such as transformer, HV, LV electrical distribution panels, earthing system, UPS, VFDs etc. Ensure availability of critical spares of discipline at site and availability during routine and shutdown activities in coordination with HO functional team Conduct assessment for finding reasons for electrical equipment failures, if any; implement recommendations in consultation with Function Lead Pipeline Integrity Monitor pipeline integrity related data including Cathodic Protection Execute Pipeline Integrity activities at sites like periodic aerial surveys and other patrolling surveys Execute site activities related to periodic inspection for pipeline health assessment (intelligent pigging, CP surveys, coating surveys etc.) HSSE Ensure appropriate HSSE/ Technical training / awareness of employees before initiation of task to maintain safe workplace Ensure all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities during emergency and all employees follow lifesaving rules with Zero Tolerance Ensure High risk activities and their control measures are identified and implemented through Job Safety Plan Ensure compliance to environmental laws while carrying out operations and maintenance activities at site Ensure contract manpower adheres to job related SOP and applicable HSSE SOP Report all HSSE related incidents, irrespective of nature and scale, in order to take corrective actions and HSSE related risk identification and mitigation before initiation of task to maintain safe workplace Ensure regular HSSE related reporting and safety suggestions for improving field HSSE performance are incorporated in the monthly report of the area Documentation Collect data and create Electrical and Pipeline Integrity related MIS reports for the site and share reports with relevant stakeholders Provide inputs for periodic updating of Electrical and Pipeline Integrity related SOP, SMP, documents and drawings Ensure timely execution of discipline related MOC (Management of Change) requests as per agreed guidelines Key Interfaces : Internal Stakeholder: HSSE, HR External Stakeholder: Contractors, Vendors, Statutory/Regulatory Authorities and Auditors. Minimum: B.Tech (Electrical). Preferred: Post Graduate Engineer (Electrical) Experience: 3+ years of experience in similar function Preferred Industry: Oil & Gas
