Pipeline Engineer

Job Title: Pipeline Junior Engineer MS Pipe (Water & Irrigation Projects)

• Plan, organize, and supervise

  installation of MS pipelines

  (underground and aboveground) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage all on-site activities related to

  pipeline fabrication, laying, jointing, and welding

  .
• Supervise and inspect

  welding, NDT testing, coating, and hydrotesting

  activities.
• Maintain quality documentation and test reports for all pipeline activities.
• Prepare and maintain

  daily progress reports, joint records, weld logs, and hydrotest records.

• Support billing and measurement verification based on executed quantities.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE guidelines during pipeline works.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• 1-6 years of experience

  in

  execution of MS pipeline works

  in

  water supply or irrigation projects.

• Strong understanding of:
• MS pipe fabrication, alignment, welding, and jointing techniques.
• Hydrotesting and pressure testing procedures.
• Protective coating, wrapping, and pipeline restoration activities.
• Trench excavation, backfilling, and reinstatement.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project reporting tools.
