Pipeline ATD (Feat Animation)

As a Pipeline Assistant Technical Director (ATD), you will play a key role in supporting the Pipeline Technical Directors (Pipeline TDs) to maintain the smooth operation of tools, software, and workflows utilized in our acclaimed VFX and Feature Animation projects. Your responsibilities will include offering technical guidance and assistance to artists, monitoring render farm activities, disk usage, and file transfers, as well as contributing to software testing and providing feedback to the R&D team. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and implementing Python tools and scripts tailored for specific shows. A successful ATD in our organization possesses a strong technical acumen and a passion for innovation. You will be expected to adapt quickly to new challenges and proactively engage in technical tasks as needed. Effective communication skills are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical developers and non-technical artists, ensuring seamless collaboration.
