What You’ll Do Configure and operate AI-driven playbooks to automate prospect research and outreach workflows Support client revenue teams by executing data-driven account research and prioritization Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics Monitor workflow quality and ensure SLAs are consistently met Collaborate with client-facing consultants to translate strategy into execution Conduct data cleaning, enrichment, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and completeness Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements Document workflows and contribute to internal playbooks for operational excellence Communicate progress and updates clearly through reports and team meetings What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative or technical field Up to 2 years of work experience in analytics, operations, tech consulting, software implementation, or SaaS delivery environments (e.g., Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, TCS, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and comfort working with data tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with high ownership, reliability, and willingness to learn quickly Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams Flexibility to align work rhythm with client needs across time zones Nice-to-Have Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience with automation or outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or similar) Exposure to B2B marketing, sales operations, or GTM analytics Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools Compensation and Benefits CTC: INR 8 LPA + performance-based bonuses Remote-first setup with client-facing exposure to global accounts Direct interaction with US revenue teams and senior consultants Fast learning curve across AI, SaaS, and revenue strategy How to Apply Email your resume to careers@addpipeline.ai with the subject: “Managed Services Associate – Your Name.” Please include a short note describing one project or internship where you improved a process, delivered a client outcome, or built an automation that saved time or effort.
