We’re looking for a field-active Sales & Marketing Executive to create demand and build retailer & restaurant tie-ups across East Pune before production starts. Your goal: achieve 100 boxes daily (≈ 600 weekly) by onboarding shops, cafes, and caterers. This is a ground-level, high-ownership role with strong incentives and fast growth. ResponsibilitiesVisit and onboard retailers, cafés, restaurants, caterers. Take daily orders for Goli Soda boxes and collect payments (cash / UPI). Execute local promotions and sampling to increase demand. Maintain daily visit & order sheet and share with management. Achieve weekly targets and ensure repeat orders. RequirementsGraduate (BBA / BCom preferred). 1–3 yrs experience in Beverage / FMCG Sales / Water Sales / Cold drink Sales Must own two-wheeler + license. Good communication (Marathi, Hindi, basic English). Confident negotiator who can travel daily and influence retailers. Salary & IncentivesFixed Pay ₹18 000 – ₹22 000 / month (based on experience).
