Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician located in Ernakulam. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair on Jeep vehicles, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, providing field service, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, and interacting with customers to address their vehicle concerns. Qualifications Maintenance & Repair skills Strong Troubleshooting abilities Experience in Field Service Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to perform routine inspections and repairs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Jeep vehicles is a plus Certification in automotive service technology or related field preferred
