Plan daily work, allocate manpower, and coordinate with engineers and vendors. Maintain quality for shuttering, reinforcement, and RCC work as per project standards. Ensure strict safety compliance and PPE usage. Keep daily progress reports, labour records, and material consumption logs. Monitor stock of shuttering plywood, props, rebar, binding wire, and prevent wastage. Conduct pre-concreting checks and supervise concreting activities. Resolve site issues, ensure timely completion of targets, and maintain housekeeping. QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
