With rapid expansion in South Asia, we are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our business development efforts in India. 🔹 Responsibilities: Business Development & Partnerships Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with education agents, universities, training institutes, and student communities across India. Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and recruitment events. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centres to support student recruitment funnels. Marketing & Outreach Develop and execute region-specific marketing campaigns for student recruitment and immigration services. Oversee lead generation through digital channels, community groups, and local marketing activities. Work closely with the NZ team to develop culturally appropriate marketing material. Sales & Conversion Manage the entire student acquisition cycle—from first enquiry to enrolment. Track performance metrics, target achievements, and report market trends. Provide counselling guidance to ensure accurate information on study options, immigration pathways, and required documentation. Operational Coordination Liaise with the NZ head office on applications, compliance, and client follow-up. Monitor competition, market dynamics, and regulatory updates impacting study and migration trends. 🔹 Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in education, overseas student recruitment, or immigration services for New Zealand and Australia. Strong network within India and Middle East Market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
