Key responsibilities include: Organizing events and promotional activities in colleges, schools, public spaces, fairs, and exhibitions. Generating leads and inquiries for student enrollments. Following up with potential students and re-engaging with lost leads. Meeting business targets through proactive outreach and engagement. Career Counselors Responsible for managing student interactions and driving admissions. Key responsibilities include: Handling walk-in and online inquiries with a consultative approach. Managing CRM and ensuring timely follow-ups for target-based enrollments. Overseeing billing, booking, and documentation. Addressing student feedback and grievances with effective solutions.
