ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Develop and manage relationships through phone calls, with dentists across India, who are our customers Be target-oriented and ensure achievement of monthly targets on a consistent basis Develop a good understanding of the products being sold, and ensure effective communication about the same, during calls Ensure adherence to all sales processes on a regular basis, to deliver good customer experiences QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Any degree, with 0-2 years experience in inside sales roles Sales experience in healthcare or any related industries will be a plus Performance track record in delivering on targets consistently SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent time management skills and commitment, to manage daily call numbers, as per plan Excellent communication and sales skills, to deliver on targets consistently Good problem solving skills, to understand customer requirements and provide apt solutions, to build long-term relationships
