As a Jr. Pharmacist attend to patients, manage high volume of prescriptions & get involved in operational activities. Contacting referring physicians with the questions regarding prescription. Handle customer complaints/ queries & counselling/ resolving patient’s issues, whenever needed. Participate in daily / weekly / monthly stock checking processes & separate expired medicines on a periodic basis. Oversee & maintain a safe & clean working environment. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Completing pharmacy operational requirements by organizing & directing workflow.
