Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi with the flexibility for partial remote work. As a Hydropower Expert, you will be responsible for designing and managing hydropower projects, conducting feasibility studies, and providing technical expertise on hydraulic design and energy system planning. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with environmental and regulatory standards. You will contribute to project evaluations and provide innovative solutions to enhance hydropower systems efficiency and sustainability. Qualifications Experience in hydropower design, hydraulic engineering, and project management Strong knowledge of energy systems, feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance Proficiency in using relevant software tools for hydropower and infrastructure modeling Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field Prior experience with hydropower projects, water resource management, or sustainable energy initiatives is a strong asset
