Role Description As a Founding Engineer at PillarX, you’ll be among our first technical hires, working directly with the Founders to build high-impact products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical vision, hiring engineers, and building a scalable platform. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves writing code and building applications, solving real-world problems, passionate about AI, and Design, and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities as the company scales. What We Are Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade applications. Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Data Science, and AI engineering. Experience with web frameworks, AI Agents, vibe coding, Figma, LLM powered applications. Knowledge of real-time systems, and AI-driven applications. Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and willingness to move fast. Interest in AI-driven automation, industrial IoT, or construction tech is a plus.
