About the Project We’ve built a mobile application called PickEvery , a tech-enabled platform connecting travelers with people who need items delivered or want to share rides along the same route — starting from Udaipur , India. Our goal is to create a trusted, community-driven logistics and ride-sharing ecosystem for rural and urban users. What We Need We’re looking for a strategic consultant or growth expert who can help us plan and execute our market entry strategy , focusing on: Identifying and prioritizing our first target audience (travelers, senders, or both) Local marketing strategy for Udaipur launch Offline and online activation ideas (colleges, drivers, communities, social media, etc.) Partnership strategy with transport groups, travel agencies, or local shops Budgeting and timeline for launch campaigns Go-to-market funnel and KPIs for first 3 months Ideal Candidate Proven experience in startup launch strategy , growth marketing , or market research Understanding of Indian tier-2 city markets Ability to build a detailed plan and execution roadmap Experience with mobility, logistics, or delivery platforms is a plus Deliverables 1 Go-to-Market (GTM) document outlining full launch strategy Budget plan (digital + offline) 30-60-90 day roadmap with success metrics Optional: Ongoing consultation for execution phase Location: Remote (preferably familiar with Udaipur or Rajasthan) Budget: Open for discussion based on experience

You will be responsible for planning and executing the market entry strategy for the mobile application PickEvery. The key responsibilities include: - Identifying and prioritizing the first target audience, whether it's travelers, senders, or both - Developing a local marketing strategy for the launch in Udaipur - Generating offline and online activation ideas targeting colleges, drivers, communities, and social media platforms - Creating a partnership strategy with transport groups, travel agencies, and local shops - Establishing a budget and timeline for launch campaigns - Setting up a go-to-market funnel and defining KPIs for the first three months The ideal candidate for this role should have: - Proven experience in startup launch strategy, growth marketing, or market research - Understanding of Indian tier-2 city markets - Ability to build a detailed plan and execution roadmap - Experience with mobility, logistics, or delivery platforms is a plus Deliverables expected from you include: - A Go-to-Market (GTM) document outlining the full launch strategy - Budget plan covering digital and offline marketing activities - 30-60-90 day roadmap with defined success metrics - Optional ongoing consultation for the execution phase This is a remote position, and it is preferable that you are familiar with Udaipur or Rajasthan.
