Job Description

We are hiring Pickers and Packers (Male) for our pharmaceutical distribution company. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers. The main responsibility is picking the correct medicines as per the bill, packing them properly, and preparing them for checking and dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Read and follow the bill (order list) carefully Pick the correct medicines from the shelves Check the name and quantity of each item before packing Pack medicines neatly and place them in trays for checking Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass No prior experience required – training will be provided Good attention to detail Ability to follow instructions carefully Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Punctual and responsible Preferred Candidates: Freshers are welcome Male candidates only Candidates staying on the Western Line of Mumbai will be given preference Benefits: Fixed working hours Attendance bonus for regular presence Overtime pay for extra working hours On-the-job training Supportive team and work environment Opportunity to grow within the company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Night shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
