🚨 We're Hiring: Senior Insurance Analyst (U.S. P&C Insurance) 📍 Location: Pune, India (Local candidates preferred) 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time Are you experienced in U.S. Property & Casualty insurance operations? We’re looking for a Senior Insurance Analyst to join our growing team in Pune ! This role provides critical back-office support to U.S.-based insurance agents — handling policy servicing, endorsements, and documentation with precision and speed. ✅ What You'll Do: 🔹 Process new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations & COIs 🔹 Review insurance applications & policy documents for accuracy 🔹 Maintain data in systems like AMS360, Applied Epic, or Vertafore 🔹 Communicate with U.S. teams via email/chat/call to ensure smooth operations 🔹 Work across lines like General Liability, Workers’ Comp, Property & Commercial Auto 🎓 What You Bring: 🔹 4+ years in a U.S. P&C insurance back-office or BPO/KPO setting 🔹 Strong knowledge of U.S. insurance workflows & systems 🔹 Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) 🔹 Proficiency in Excel & data interpretation 🔹 Based in Pune or open to relocating 📩 Interested candidates can send their resume to: 👉 aditi.chandrachud@pitspl.com
