Physiotherapist

The Physiotherapist at Isa Rehab is responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering customized physiotherapy care to patients with neurological, orthopedic, post-surgical, long-term ICU, geriatric, and palliative conditions. The role focuses on restoring functional mobility, improving quality of life, and supporting holistic rehabilitation goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Planning

• Conduct detailed assessments of patient physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with doctors and nursing teams.
• Set short-term and long-term goals for therapy and monitor progress.

Therapy & Treatment

• Deliver physiotherapy interventions: neuro-rehabilitation, musculoskeletal therapy, respiratory physiotherapy, and pain management techniques.
• Provide bedside therapy for long-term and immobile patients.
• Utilize equipment such as TENS, IFT, ultrasound therapy, and exercise tools when available.

Documentation & Evaluation

• Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and patient progress.
• Reassess treatment plans based on improvement or clinical changes.

Patient & Caregiver Education

• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, posture correction, mobility aids, and fall prevention.
• Train caregivers in handling, positioning, and transfers where applicable.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and dietitians as part of holistic care.
• Participate in patient care meetings and family counseling sessions.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
