Responsibilities:

• Review patient medical records to extract relevant information.
• Assign appropriate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for diagnoses and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.
  Work with healthcare providers and insurers to resolve discrepancies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding systems and regulations.
