Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, located in Delhi, India. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist with specific experience in burn care rehabilitation. The candidate will play a vital role in improving patients’ functional independence, managing scar tissue, and restoring upper limb and hand mobility. The therapist will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists and psychologists to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Assess and evaluate burn-injured patients to determine physical, psychological, and functional impairments. Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans focused on hand function, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and functional independence. Provide splinting and positioning for contracture prevention and management. Deliver edema management, scar modulation, sensory re-education, and pain management techniques. Collaborate with physiotherapists for integrated upper limb rehabilitation. Train patients and caregivers in home exercise programs, assistive devices, and adaptive techniques for self-care and daily tasks. Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and make timely modifications to care plans. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and discharge planning. Conduct patient and family education sessions for long-term care and reintegration. Maintain accurate records in accordance with company protocols and medical ethics. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with a focus on burn care rehabilitation. Strong understanding of hand therapy, scar management, and splinting techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset. Certification in Burn Rehabilitation (preferred but not mandatory).

A skilled Physiotherapist is required to work in a Charitable clinic located near GTB Nagar, Metro Station. Timings: 2pm- 7pm Freshers can also apply.
