The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to promote recovery and improve mobility. The role also involves educating patients on exercises and lifestyle changes to enhance their physical health and tracking their progress over time. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is also part of the role. Qualifications Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate patients Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Relevant certification or license to practice physiotherapy Experience in providing home-based physiotherapy services is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field
