Presidency PU College is seeking passionate and dedicated Physics Lecturers to join our academic team at our Kogilu and Yeshwanthpura campuses in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality education and inspiring young minds to achieve academic excellence in Physics. Key Responsibilities: Teach Physics for 1st & 2nd PU (Karnataka State Board syllabus) Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives Evaluate and assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and positive learning environment Provide individual support to students to enhance their understanding and performance Collaborate with other faculty members and academic coordinators for curriculum development Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs Candidate Requirements: Postgraduate in Physics (M.Sc.) from a recognized university B.Ed. qualification preferred Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in PU/Pre-University Colleges Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills Passionate about teaching and mentoring students Familiarity with the Karnataka PU Board syllabus Perks and Benefits: Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience Professional development opportunities Supportive academic environment with modern infrastructure Employee benefits as per institutional policies Locations: Presidency PU College, Kogilu, Bangalore Presidency PU College, Yeshwanthpura, Bangalore
