Job Description: Presidency PU College, Kogilu is seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Lecturer to join our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Karnataka PU Board syllabus and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to pre-university students (Grade 11 & 12). Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and effective lectures as per the PU Board syllabus. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer scripts, and provide constructive feedback. Mentor and guide students for academic excellence and competitive exams like CET, NEET, JEE. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic planning, and other institutional activities. Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Candidate Requirements: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university. B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). Prior experience in PU/Intermediate colleges is preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to use modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
