About the Role

Sri Edu Foundation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Faculty to teach Grade 11 and 12 (PUC level) students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and inspire students. This is a part-time position requiring availability on Wednesdays and Saturdays only, making it suitable for experienced educators seeking flexible teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Physics classes to Grade 11 and 12 students.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and demonstrations that simplify complex concepts.
• Conduct interactive and engaging sessions to promote conceptual clarity.
• Identify students’ learning needs and provide individual attention where necessary.
• Plan and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to monitor academic progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain performance records.
• Encourage a positive and disciplined learning environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and exam preparation support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Physics (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Prior teaching experience in handling Grade 11 & 12 (PUC) Physics classes is mandatory.
• Strong command over subject and syllabus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage).
• Ability to engage students through clear explanations, examples, and real-life applications.
• Must be an immediate joiner.

Work Schedule & Location

• Working Days: Wednesday and Saturday
• Location: Sri Edu Foundation, Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalo

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 per week
