Job Title: Physics Faculty – JEE/NEET (Main & Advanced Level) Location: FEROZEPUR, PUNJAB - 152002 Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ Years of Teaching Experience in JEE/NEET Domain Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to join our academic team, dedicated to preparing students for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET entrance examinations. The ideal candidate should have a strong conceptual understanding of Physics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of guiding students to success in competitive exams. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality Physics lectures for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET aspirants. Plan and design curriculum, lesson plans, and test series aligned with the latest exam patterns. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and performance analysis. Develop comprehensive study material, practice problems, and mock test papers. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs. Inspire and motivate students to achieve top ranks in competitive exams. Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and academic reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics or related field (B.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D. preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Physics for JEE/NEET at a reputed institute or online platform. Strong command over the JEE/NEET syllabus with the ability to teach both conceptual and numerical problem-solving. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital teaching tools and smart classroom techniques. Prior results of students achieving top ranks in JEE/NEET are a strong plus. Ability to teach in both English and Hindi (or local language) is desirable.
