As a physical education teacher at Hustlr Staffing Services, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging physical education curricula tailored to student needs. You will also provide personalized support and interventions to students with varied abilities, incorporate safety protocols during physical activities to prevent injuries, and communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and school events. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports science, or a related field, along with a valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a physical education teacher or in a similar role is required, as well as strong knowledge of physical fitness, sports, and health education. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to engage and motivate diverse student populations, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Furthermore, a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle among students, experience in curriculum development and lesson planning, willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team, dedication to professional development and ongoing learning, and an understanding of child development principles are highly valued qualities.
