Job Title: Full-Time Gym Trainer Location: Phynix Fitness World, Lucknow Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Gym Trainer to join our fitness team at Phynix Fitness World. The trainer will be responsible for guiding members in achieving their fitness goals through personalized workout plans, correct form supervision, and motivation. Responsibilities: Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for members Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts Motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor Track client progress and provide regular feedback Assist in gym promotions and member engagement activities Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience as a gym/personal trainer Certification in fitness training (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, disciplined, and passionate about fitness Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience) Timings: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM / 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Shift basis) Join us and be a part of Lucknow’s growing fitness community at Phynix Fitness World!
