PHP, NodeJS Developer

As a PHP and NodeJS Developer with 1-2 years of experience, you will be responsible for the development and management of API and web projects. Your primary focus will be on developing REST APIs, handling server-side logic, maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Additionally, you will integrate code with front-end elements built by the team and require a basic understanding of front-end technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using PHP/NodeJS to ensure high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with front-end developers to merge user-facing elements with server-side logic and integrate mobile and web applications with REST APIs. Designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability applications, ensuring security, and data protection will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will work on integrating data storage solutions, writing clean and efficient code following best practices, and troubleshooting technical issues for optimal system functionality. You should participate in code reviews, contribute to team discussions, and work closely with clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Staying updated with industry trends and technologies is crucial to apply best practices effectively. For this role, you should have 1+ years of experience in PHP and/or NodeJS development, proficiency in frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter, and a solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with asynchronous programming, user authentication/authorization, database integration, and scalable application design is essential. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, version control tools like Git, and RESTful APIs is required. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent communication skills are also important.
