About the Role

We are looking for a skilled PHP Full Stack Developer with React.js experience to join our development team. The role is on-site and night shift, focusing on building scalable backend systems and modern front-end interfaces for CRM platforms, dashboards, and automation-driven web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Core PHP, Laravel.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party system consumption.
• Develop modern, reusable, and responsive UI components using React.js.
• Implement interactive front-end features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap 5.
• Manage and optimize databases using MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers or cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean).
• Collaborate with team members using Git, participate in code reviews, and follow agile workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Core PHP, Laravel).
• Solid experience in React.js (components, hooks, state management).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5.
• Experience in REST API development and integration (JSON).
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL (schema design and optimization).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and cron jobs.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, or API security.
• Exposure to CRM systems, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
• Understanding of performance optimization and application security.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in PHP full stack development with React.js.
