PHP Developer

As a WordPress Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and customizing WordPress websites while ensuring they meet client specifications and project requirements. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality projects and maintaining the performance and security of websites. Below are the details of the role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain WordPress websites based on project requirements. - Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet client or design specifications. - Build custom themes or plugins when required. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance problems. - Ensure responsive, SEO-friendly, and cross-browser-compatible designs. - Manage website updates, backups, and security configurations. - Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other developers to deliver high-quality projects. - Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 1 year of professional experience with WordPress development. - Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL. - Experience in customizing and developing WordPress themes and plugins. - Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, etc.). - Understanding of WordPress hooks, filters, and shortcodes. - Basic knowledge of SEO optimization and website performance tuning. - Experience with Git or other version control systems (optional but preferred). - Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
