As an Associate Creative at Namshi, you will support the Creative Lead in shaping the brand's visual and conceptual direction. Your role will involve overseeing photoshoots, conceptualizing campaigns, and managing the daily operations of the creative team. Responsibilities: - Collaborate on innovative campaign concepts aligned with brand strategy. - Plan and direct photoshoots to ensure high-quality visual content. - Supervise and mentor the creative team, ensuring timely project delivery. - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for design projects, maintaining brand consistency. - Incorporate emerging AI technologies to enhance creative processes. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive creative strategies. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years of experience in handling a team of designers; fashion industry experience preferred. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with AI tools is a plus. - Strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Forward-thinking with the ability to integrate new technologies into creative workflows.
