You are a highly talented and detail-oriented Content Writer/Graphic Designer who will be joining the team at ERM's Global Delivery Center. In this role, you will work independently and collaborate with Project Managers to support client deliverables by providing creative concepts, visualization, and design execution for a variety of reports and presentations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist consulting teams in engaging with clients and presenting deliverables effectively. Your responsibilities will include providing content and design support for client deliverables such as proposals, reports, figures, infographics, visualizations, and presentations. You will also consult with internal project teams to explore creative and engaging ways to present deliverables to clients, enabling effective communication with key stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or equivalent, along with at least 5 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience working with consulting or professional services firms in producing client deliverables is required. You must possess extreme attention to detail, a commitment to quality control, a strong understanding of typography and page layout, and proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint). Additional skills and experiences that would be beneficial include staying updated on design trends, proficiency in 3D rendering (Blender), illustration talent, photo/image retouching capabilities, knowledge of web development (CSS, HTML), or video/audio editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition). As a self-motivated individual with personal initiative, flexibility, and the ability to multitask under shifting deadlines, you should be highly creative and capable of pushing the boundaries of creativity within project parameters and client brand standards. Strong communication and language skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
