Baby Photographer & Photo Editor

The Baby Photographer & Photo Editor will be responsible for capturing high-quality, emotionally engaging images of babies and infants, and editing them to create soft, natural, and aesthetically pleasing visuals. The role involves working closely with parents and the creative team to deliver memorable photographs suitable for albums, social media, and promotional use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute professional baby photoshoots in studio or on location
• Capture high-quality images that highlight expressions, emotions, and natural moments
• Ensure babies’ comfort and safety during photoshoots at all times
• Edit and retouch photos while maintaining natural skin tones and textures
• Create a consistent style, lighting, and color tone across all images
• Prepare images for albums, prints, social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with parents and team members regarding shoot themes and requirements
• Manage photography equipment, lighting setups, props, and backdrops
• Organize and maintain edited and raw photo files systematically
• Deliver final images within agreed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in baby, newborn, or child photography
• Strong photo editing and retouching skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
• Good understanding of lighting, composition, and color correction
• High level of patience, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in studio baby photography
• Knowledge of safe posing techniques for newborns
• Understanding of social media and print photo requirements
• Basic videography or short reel creation skills (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,408.68 - ₹20,000.00 per month
