Prepare and test solvent-based paint and coating formulations according to standard procedures. Conduct physical and chemical tests including viscosity, drying time, gloss, adhesion, and stability. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation of experiments and test results. Assist in quality control checks for incoming raw materials and finished products. Support the R&D team in small-scale product development trials. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous chemicals. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.
