Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, be able to diagnose technical issues, and ensure efficient operation in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, AHUs, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and ductwork. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to temperature control, air flow, and mechanical/electrical faults. Replace or repair defective equipment, components, or wiring. Check refrigerant levels, recharge systems, and monitor for leaks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work. Ensure systems comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues with minimal downtime. Collaborate with other maintenance and facility staff to ensure seamless operations. Keep up to date with new technologies and tools in HVAC servicing. Qualifications and Skills: ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related technical field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an HVAC technician. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical HVAC components. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals. Good understanding of HVAC safety standards and environmental regulations. Physical ability to handle tools, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy equipment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
