As a multi-channel marketing specialist, you will deliver campaigns across digital and non-digital media for our US clients. You will partner directly with business executives, marketing strategists, data scientists, and creative leads. Your responsibilities will include multi-channel campaign execution, such as segmentation, design, and reporting. You will build marketing journeys across various touchpoints including email, print, phone, and mobile. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day marketing operations like campaign set-up, segmentation, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate effectively with agile matrixed teams at our US clients to drive successful campaign execution. - Analyze data from digital marketing programs to develop internal standard methodologies by researching email and mobile engagement statistics. - Conduct list segmentation and contact management using SQL. - Find opportunities for process improvement and reducing execution complexity. - Manage the digital engagement role for Journeys. - Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members. - Actively participate in major technical discussions related to the platform. - Create a culture of observability within the team, focusing on the performance and stability of the platform. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication skills to interact with US clients. - 5+ years of consulting experience and/or Marketing project implementation experience. - 2+ full life cycle projects with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations. - Additional experience with marketing automation platforms preferred (Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, etc.). - Experience working with DMPs (Blue Kai, Rocket Fuel, Trade Desk, etc.). - Experience working with DSPs (Adobe Media Optimizer, DoubleClick, Media Math). - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification preferred, with an understanding of how journeys function in Salesforce Journey Builder. - Strong knowledge of standard methodologies for email, direct mail, SMS, phone call/IVR, and mobile messaging. - Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders to drive business success. - Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or related discipline.,
