Job Description

A Phone Banking Officer is a customer service and sales professional in the banking sector who assists clients with their banking needs over the phone. This role combines customer relationship management, product promotion, and problem resolution to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing queries and providing information on banking products and services.
  • Assist customers with transactions, account details, and general banking support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring confidentiality of client information.C
  • ross-sell and upsell relevant banking products such as credit cards, loans, or insurance plans to increase revenue.
  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, security standards, and regulatory norms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,060.07 - ₹35,797.93 per month
