About the Role:

We are hiring Phlebotomists to join our healthcare team at Hi-Tech Medical College & Hospital, Bhubaneswar. The role involves professional blood sample collection, patient handling, and maintaining safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients efficiently and safely.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.
• Maintain accurate patient and sample records.
• Follow infection control and biomedical waste disposal procedures.
• Interact with patients in a respectful, reassuring, and professional manner.
• Support mobile/home collection if required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: DMLT (2-year diploma)—mandatory
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in phlebotomy or diagnostic lab sample collection
• Preference: Male candidates with a valid driver's license and own two-wheeler
