Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Phlebotomist - Sample Collector at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sample collection, billing, and NABL audit documentation.

Roles and Responsibility

Collect and process samples from patients with precision and accuracy.
Manage the billing process for timely and accurate payments.
Coordinate with the laboratory team for smooth sample processing.
Maintain accurate records of sample collection and testing results.
Ensure compliance with NABL audit documentation requirements.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
Strong knowledge of sample collection procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with billing and payment processes.
Knowledge of NABL audit documentation requirements and procedures.
