Phlebotomist

As a Phlebotomy (Blood Collection) Executive at our organization in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in our advanced medical diagnostics services. Your primary responsibility will involve performing blood sample collection from patients, both at the lab and in various settings including field and home visits. It is imperative that you ensure accurate labeling, proper documentation, and safe transportation of the collected samples. Maintaining a hygienic and sterile environment during sample collection is paramount to uphold our standards of professionalism. To be considered for this position, you must have a DMLT under DME (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or a +2 Science background with relevant experience. Freshers who have completed DMLT under DME can also apply. Additionally, for candidates with a +2 Science qualification, a minimum of 1 year of experience in blood collection is required. Your role will involve adhering to all phlebotomy protocols and safety guidelines to guarantee the well-being of both patients and staff. You will be expected to coordinate effectively with laboratory personnel and support staff to ensure the timely processing of samples for accurate diagnosis. The ideal candidate should possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for commuting purposes. The role will require you to work in rotational shift duties between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Strong communication and patient-handling skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of phlebotomy procedures and equipment handling.
