Phlebotomist

• Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples .

Ensure correct patient identification and proper labeling of samples.

Maintain accurate records of specimens collected.

Prepare, store, and transport specimens to the laboratory as per protocol.

Follow infection control and safety guidelines to prevent contamination or injury.

• Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Certificate in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Technology.

Experience in blood collection techniques preferred .

Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.

Attention to detail and accuracy in labeling/documentation.

• Work Environment:

Hospitals, diagnostic centers, blood banks, clinics, or health camps.

May involve rotational shifts, weekend duties, or outreach activities.
