PHE Design Lead

Manage design of Plumbing. Participate in design discussions with consultant.

Plan, schedule, and monitor design deliverables to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.

Coordinate with other design disciplines (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, process) to ensure seamless system integration.

Review, validate, and approve PHE design documents, drawings, and calculations prior to client submission.

Develop and oversee designs for:

• Domestic cold and hot water systems.

• Sanitary drainage and vent systems.

• Rainwater and stormwater drainage networks.

• Water treatment and reuse systems (as applicable).

• Fire protection systems including hydrants, sprinklers, and pump sets.

Perform hydraulic calculations, flow and pressure analysis, and pipe sizing.

Ensure designs comply with applicable local and international codes.
