Job Title: Ph.D. Counselor
Location: Unbounded Learning, VDS Tower, D-84, Near Harola Labour Chowk, Sector-2, Noida (Nearest Metro Station: Noida Sector 16)
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

About the Role:

Unbounded Learning is seeking an experienced Ph.D. Counselor who has a relevant background in counseling or guiding students for Ph.D. admissions in universities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the same field. Candidates from unrelated backgrounds are strictly advised not to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide prospective students regarding Ph.D. program options, admission process, university selection, and documentation.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Ph.D. leads.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure conversions of leads into confirmed admissions.
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to Ph.D. research, subjects, university criteria, etc.
• Keep updated records of student interactions and maintain CRM entries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory prior experience in Ph.D. counseling or handling research program admissions.
• Strong knowledge of Ph.D. admission processes, university guidelines, and documentation.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple leads efficiently.
• Graduation/Post-Graduation required (Ph.D. counseling experience is the key criteria).
