What You Will Do | Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations & Patient Assistance

• Welcome and assist patients at the pharmacy desk.
• Review prescriptions carefully before processing.
• Check dosage requirements and inform patients about payable amounts and available payment methods (online/cash/card).
• Register patient details in the Med-Vision Pharma software.
• Collect medicines from the racks and generate accurate bills.
• Verify all medicines with the bill (MRP, quantity, dosage).
• Ensure medicines are packed properly; maintain cold-chain packing for temperature-controlled items using ice packs.
• Calculate dosages accurately and ensure prescriptions are dispensed as per guidelines, including checking contraindications and handling instructions.
• Collect payment after dispensing the medicines.
• For prescriptions involving ET1 & ET2, apply required stamps and record the advised days.
• Ensure timely completion of daily work and end-of-day cash submission.

Documentation & Daily Reporting

• Maintain daily tracking of ET1 & ET2 patients.
• Update ET1 & ET2 Google Sheets and share updates in the designated WhatsApp groups.
• Record hospital injection usage in Excel, including daily opening and closing stock.
• Prepare and share daily Praxin injection reports in the Pharma group.
• Get authorised signatures (consultant, nursing staff, RMO, Centre Head) on injection tracking reports.
• Maintain and update the injection file.
• Close daily pharmacy sales in Med-Vision and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Count cash and prepare daily sales and settlement summary (cash/online/card).
• Share daily summary in the Pharma group.

What You Need to Have | Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in pharmacy or clinical dispensing roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Languages: Marathi (mandatory), Hindi & English preferred.
• Gender Requirement: Female candidates only (as per role requirement).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
