Role & responsibilities PharmaCloud ERP Responsibilities: Provide full-cycle functional and technical support across all Soham ERP PharmaCloud modules (Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Inventory, Engineering, HR, etc.). Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, guide users, and act as the point of contact with the Soham ERP support team. Manage UAT, change requests, documentation, and training as per GMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.
