Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Aster Medcity in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and management, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and dispense medications to patients and staff.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient interactions.
Provide counseling and education on medication use and potential side effects.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement medication therapy plans.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
Supervise and train pharmacy assistants and technicians.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with electronic health records and medication management systems.
