Pharmacist

Paras Health is Hiring Pharmacist for Gurgaon location.

Note: Need people registered with Haryana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines accurately as per doctors prescription for

  OP (Outpatient)

  and

  IP (Inpatient)

  areas.
• Review prescriptions to ensure correct dosage, strength, and form before dispensing.
  
• Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
  
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for clarification on prescriptions when needed.
  
• Ensure proper billing and entry of all medicines in the

  Hospital Information System (HIS)

  .
• Maintain records of receipts, issues, and returns of drugs for audit and compliance.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  drug regulations and hospital pharmacy protocols

  .
• Manage

  controlled substances

  and maintain registers as per statutory requirements.
• Educate patients on dosage, route, and possible side effects of medicines (for OP).
  
• Participate in periodic stock audits and assist in inventory management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  D. Pharm / B. Pharm (Registered Pharmacist with Haryana State Pharmacy Council).

• Experience:

  14 years in hospital pharmacy (OP/IP experience preferred).

• Skills:

• Knowledge of hospital formulary and pharmacy operations.
  
• Familiarity with HIS / ERP system for billing and inventory.
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and patient service orientation.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
