Position Title & Designation:- Pharmacist-OT
Basic Qualification / Education :- Diploma in Pharmacy/Post Graduation in Pharmacy/ must be a license holder.
Minimum Experience:- 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:-

• The Operating Room Pharmacist is responsible for the daily organization and supervision of medication management activities in the Operating Rooms, Diagnostic and Procedural Areas, including but not limited to, provision of clinical and drug distribution services and other duties as assigned.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology as related to drug usage.
• Ability to comprehend patient medical management plans.
• Dispensing medicines for patients as per prescription
• Maintaining records of surgical and pharmacy items returned .
• Supplying medicines as per OT Requirements
• Maintaining registers like Narcotics(room temperature, refrigerator temperature) as per NABH guidelines
• Generating Goods Received Note (GRN) by entering records in system after the receival of goods ordered
• Preparing list of medicines/surgical and sending it across to purchase department
• Returning non-moving medications or those nearing expiry to IP pharmacy.

Pay: ₹18,387.90 - ₹38,894.73 per month
