Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To do patient issues as per prescription and patient issue return if any.
Fully follow the Formulary policy. If any consultant not agree for substitute inform to Pharmacy Supervisor.
Recheck Pharmacy supplies before dispensing.
Check patient scrutiny at the time of discharge.
Make the material indent as per requirement & also GRN authorization for the same
Regular monitoring on ambiance of the pharmacy.
Medications are properly & safely stored as per policy.
Regular monitoring on expiry product as per policy.
Active participation in pharmacy audits (internal and external).
Clear communication with co-workers, Manager & other departments.
Proper handling & dispensing of LASA drugs, High alert drugs & Narcotic drugs.
Regular cross check of physical stock with PCS stock expiry.
Stock audit as per given schedule & report submit to supervisor.
